20th Feb – March 1st Denver Restaurant Week. $30 per person plus tax, tip & beverage. The Bistro is extending their Denver Restaurant Week Menu for the ENTIRE month of March!!!
Our brunch cuts no corners — breads from the oven, fresh hollandaise, house-smoked salmon and bacon— and every meal carefully made to order. Reservations recommended for this popular Bistro event, especially on holidays.

Our Executive Chef and our Bar Manager enjoy the task of tasting and carefully selecting our wines. We offer European, American, Argentine and Australian vintages to perfectly complement Bistro cuisine.
Our tempting desserts are all created in house every day. Our cocktails are just as carefully prepared, using fresh squeezed juices and the highest quality mixers.

Happy Hour is a special favorite with our local Evergreen customers. We offer discounts in the Bar on drinks, wine, cocktails, and appetizers from 4:30 pm to 6pm every night of the week.
